No! Watch as many movies as fit your schedule —even one works, although one movie per letter in STEAM gives students the full picture. The only thing we ask: students answer the big question so they can show what they learned.

GENERAL RULES: This Moby's Great STEAM Showcase Giveaway (“Giveaway”) is brought to you by BrainPOP LLC, a limited liability company having an address at 71 West 23rd Street, 18th floor, New York, NY 10010 (“Sponsor”, “we”, “us”), and is governed by the below terms and conditions (these “Terms and Conditions”). This Giveaway is a sweepstakes: winners are selected by random drawing and not on the basis of skill, merit, or the content or quality of any entry. This Giveaway is offered only in connection with BrainPOP and BrainPOP Jr. and is separate from, and not part of, any BrainPOP Science communications or activities.

ELIGIBILITY: To be eligible to enter this Giveaway, you must be a legal resident of one of the fifty states of the United States or of the District of Columbia and must be at least 18 years old at the time of entry and must be a current employee of an accredited K-12 school or district, including but not limited to teachers, administrators, librarians, counselors, and other instructional or support staff, operating under an active institutional (school or district) BrainPOP or BrainPOP Jr. subscription (“Account Holder”). Individuals accessing BrainPOP or BrainPOP Jr. solely through a family, homeschool, or other individual subscription are not eligible to win. If you wish to withdraw your entry from the Giveaway, you may do so before 11:59 PM Eastern Time on December 4, 2026, by emailing us at legal@brainpop.com.
Any employees, principals, directors, officers, suppliers, distributors, independent contractors, or agents of Sponsor or of Sponsor’s parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and members of their immediate families or households are not eligible to enter this Giveaway. Eligibility may be verified by us at any time.
You hereby affirm, represent, and warrant that the school or the educational institution with which you are affiliated has full knowledge of your actions and has consented in all respects and agreed to be bound by the terms of your entry into this Giveaway in all respects.
3. AGREEMENT TO THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS: By participating in this Giveaway, you fully and unconditionally agree to and accept these Terms and Conditions. You acknowledge and agree that all decisions made by the Sponsor are final and binding in all matters related to this Giveaway.
4. GIVEAWAY PERIOD: This Giveaway will start on or around 12:01 A.M. Eastern Time on Monday, November 2, 2026, and will end on or around 11:59 P.M. Eastern Time on Friday, December 4, 2026 (“Giveaway Period”). Entries must be received during the Giveaway Period to be eligible.
5. HOW TO ENTER: Eligible Account Holders may enter the Giveaway by completing and submitting the entry form on the Giveaway landing page located at http://go.brainpop.com/steam-showcase prior to the end of the Giveaway Period. The entry form will ask for your name, professional (school or district) email address, grade level taught, and a short description of your class’s Moby’s Great STEAM Showcase experience (“STEAM Story”). To enter, you must also check the box confirming that you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Limit ONE (1) entry per Account Holder. Your STEAM Story may be as long or as short as you choose; the content, length, and quality of your STEAM Story will not affect your chances of winning. DO NOT INCLUDE STUDENT NAMES, PHOTOS, IMAGES, STUDENT WORK, OR ANY OTHER INFORMATION THAT COULD IDENTIFY A STUDENT IN YOUR ENTRY. Sponsor may remove any such information from, or disqualify, any entry that includes it.
6. ALTERNATE METHOD OF ENTRY: NO PURCHASE AND NO PARTICIPATION IN THE SHOWCASE ACTIVITY IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. To enter without completing the online form, hand-print your name, professional email address, school name, school city and state, and grade level taught on a 3” x 5” card and mail it in a stamped envelope to: Moby’s Great STEAM Showcase Giveaway, BrainPOP LLC, 71 West 23rd Street, 18th Floor, New York, NY 10010. Mail-in entries must be postmarked by December 4, 2026 and received by December 5, 2026. Mail-in entries will be entered into the drawing with the same chance of winning as online entries. Limit one (1) entry per Account Holder regardless of method of entry.
The Showcase Activity. During the Giveaway Period, Sponsor will make available suggested BrainPOP and BrainPOP Jr. STEAM topics, activity guidelines, and lesson ideas that classes may use to explore a real-world phenomenon and create a showcase. Participation in the showcase activity is optional and is not judged. Sponsor is not requesting, and entrants should not submit student work.
7. GRANT OF LICENSE: By entering into the Giveaway, you grant Sponsor and Sponsor’s parent companies, affiliates and subsidiaries, a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, sub-licensable and freely transferable license to use, reproduce, distribute, prepare derivative works of, and publish and display your name, school, city, state, your STEAM Story, and any comments, statements, testimonials or other feedback, whether written or oral, made by or attributed to you which relate to the Sponsor or this Giveaway (your “Content”). You agree that Sponsor, in its sole discretion, may publish any of your Content on its website, its affiliated websites, and its official social media channels (“Sponsor’s Channels”). You represent that your Content does not include any student names, images, work, or other personally identifiable student information. You acknowledge and agree that any content you submit may be utilized by users of Sponsor’s Channels in various ways over which Sponsor does not have any control and you expressly release Sponsor from any claims with respect to any use of any such content by any third parties.
8. SELECTION OF WINNERS: On or about December 7, 2026 Sponsor will select TEN (10) winners by random drawing from among all eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. The random drawing will be conducted by Sponsor or its designee, whose decisions are final. Winners will not be selected based on the content or quality of any entry.
On or before December 8, 2026, the Sponsor will notify the selected winners by email sent to the professional email address provided with the entry. Please note that the Sponsor will not be liable for any delays or unsuccessful efforts in notifying any of the selected winners.
In order to claim a Prize, a selected winner must respond to the notification within Seven (7) business days, comply with these Terms and Conditions, comply with all applicable laws or regulations, and complete, sign and return to the Sponsor any Affidavit of Eligibility and Release of Publicity and Liability or other documents requested by Sponsor. Each winner is solely responsible for confirming that acceptance of the Prize is permitted under the policies of their school or district and any applicable state or local gift or ethics rules, and for any resulting tax implications. In the event that a selected winner does not respond, claim the Prize, or return the requested documents within the time stated, such selected winner will be deemed to have forfeited the Prize.
Please note that a selected winner’s failure to comply with all of the applicable laws and regulations and/or the selected winner’s violation of any of these Terms and Conditions will result in such selected winner being deemed un-eligible to receive the Prize and such winner will be disqualified from the Giveaway.
9. PRIZE DETAILS:
Prizes: Ten (10) winners will each receive one (1) $100 Lakeshore LearningⓇ gift card for classroom supplies (approximate retail value (“ARV”) of $100 each; total ARV of all Prizes: $1,000)
Participant Prizes: All participating Account Holders who submit an eligible entry will receive a certificate and a digital classroom decoration kit
Gift cards are subject to the terms and conditions of the issuer
Prizes will be delivered by email to the winner’s professional email address on or about December 17, 2026.
The Prize is non-transferable and no cash alternative or other Prize substitution is permitted except at the sole discretion of the Sponsor. The Sponsor, in its sole discretion, reserves the right to substitute the Prize or any component thereof for one of equal or greater value. The winner shall have sole responsibility for paying all taxes, fees, and surcharges in connection with the receipt or use of any Prize.
WHILE PRIZES MAY CONTAIN GOODS OR SERVICES OF THIRD PARTIES, NEITHER SPONSOR NOR THIS GIVEAWAY ARE AFFILIATED, ASSOCIATED, AUTHORIZED, SPONSORED OR ENDORSED BY, OR IN ANY WAY OFFICIALLY CONNECTED WITH ANY SUCH THIRD PARTY. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, AS TO ANY INFORMATION, MATERIALS, PRODUCTS OR SERVICES INCLUDED ON OR OTHERWISE MADE AVAILABLE AS A PRIZE. TO THE FULL EXTENT PERMISSIBLE BY APPLICABLE LAW, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING, BUT NOT LIMITED TO, IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY AND FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

10. ODDS OF WINNING: The odds of winning a Prize depend on the total number of eligible entries received during the Giveaway Period. We cannot guarantee that any particular entrant will have particular odds of winning or that you will win a Prize and we expressly make no representations to that effect whatsoever.
11. PUBLICITY AND PROMOTIONAL RIGHTS: Except where prohibited by law, by being entered into the Giveaway and/or by using or accepting the Prize, the winner consents to Sponsor’s and its agents’ use of the winner’s name, school name, school city, state, and any comments, statements, testimonials or other feedback, whether written or oral, made by or attributed to the winner which relate to the Sponsor or this Giveaway for advertising and publicity purposes, in any media, worldwide, and without additional payment or compensation. Sponsor reserves the right to promote the Giveaway using its normal promotional methods, including but not limited to promotion across its official social media channels.
12. RELEASE AND LIMITATIONS OF LIABILITY: By participating in the Giveaway, you agree to release and forever discharge the Sponsor, its directors, officers, employees, agents, promotional partners, representatives, suppliers, distributors, independent contractors, parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, and attorneys, their respective heirs, directors, employees, agents, executors, administrators, successors, and assigns (the “Released Parties”) from all actions, causes of action, suits, debts, dues, sums of money, accounts, reckonings, bonds, bills, specialties, covenants, contracts, controversies, agreements, promises, damages, judgments, extents, executions, claims and demands whatsoever, in law or in equity, which against the Released Parties, you may have in connection with the Giveaway and/or with the acceptance, use or misuse of the Prize.
The Released parties shall not be responsible for (i) any technical errors related to computers, servers, providers, or telephone or network lines; (ii) any typographical or printing errors; (iii) any errors or technical failures in the administration of the Giveaway or the processing of entries; (iv) any late, lost, or undeliverable mail or email; or (v) any injury or damage to persons or property which may be caused, directly or indirectly, in whole or in part, from entrant's participation in the Giveaway or receipt of the Prize. Entrant waives the right to claim any damages, including, but not limited to, punitive, consequential, direct, or indirect damages (other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses) and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased. Entrant further agrees that in no event shall the Released Parties be liable for attorney's fees.
13. MISCELLANEOUS ADDITIONAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS: The Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to disqualify any individual it finds to be tampering with the entry process or the operation of the Giveaway or to be acting in violation of these Terms and Conditions. In the event that an entrant attempts to undermine the legitimate operation of any part of this Giveaway, the Sponsor reserves the right to seek damages from any such person to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law. The Sponsor's failure to enforce any of the provisions contained herein shall not constitute a waiver of that provision.
Sponsor reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel this Giveaway or any part of it at any time if the Sponsor, in its sole discretion, determines that any fraud, technical failures or any other factors, including but not limited to computer viruses, tampering, fraud, unauthorized intervention or any other cause which impairs the integrity or proper functioning of the Giveaway. At its sole discretion, Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any person it deems to be attempting to defraud or tamper with the Giveaway in any way.
14. DISPUTES AND APPLICABLE LAW: By entering the Giveaway, you agree that the laws of the State of New York, without regard to principles of conflicts of laws, will govern these Terms and Conditions and any dispute of any sort that might arise between you and the Sponsor. Any dispute relating in any way to this Giveaway, these Terms and Conditions or the Prize(s) shall be solely adjudicated in Supreme Court of the State of New York or in the U.S. Federal District Court located in New York County, New York, and you consent and submit to exclusive jurisdiction and venue in such courts.
15. CHANGES AND SEVERABILITY: Sponsor reserves the right to make changes to these Terms and Conditions any time. If any of the terms or conditions contained herein shall be deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, that term or condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining term or condition.
16. OFFICIAL RULES AND WINNERS' NAMES: To obtain a copy of the names of the Giveaway winners or of these Terms and Conditions, please mail your request along with a stamped, self-addressed envelope to: Moby’s Great STEAM Showcase Giveaway - Request for Terms and Conditions/Winners' Names, 71 West 23rd Street, 18th Floor, New York, NY 10010. All requests must be received no later than January 8, 2027.
17. PRIVACY: All information collected from entrants in this Giveaway will only be used in accordance with the applicable data protection regulations and with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy: https://www.brainpop.com/discover/privacy-policy. Entrants will receive marketing communications from Sponsor only if they separately opt in on the entry form; opting in is not required to enter or win.
